Q: Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q: When will my order ship?

A: All orders placed before noon EST ship the same day. Items are shipped through USPS and UPS. Domestic delivery time ranges from 1-5 business days based on service and location.

 

Q: Is shipping free to my location?

A: Shipping is free on all items shipped inside the continental U.S. Smaller items receive free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, with larger items requiring additional shipping and handling.

 

Q: Is express shipping available?

A: Yes. UPS next day air, 2 day air and 3 day select options are available for an additional fee. Order must be placed before noon EST in order to meet the required delivery date.

 

Q: Do you ship international?

A: Yes. We ship international daily and offer USPS first class, USPS priority mail, USPS express mail and UPS worldwide expedited. UPS standard to Canada is also available. Delivery options vary based on weight and location. Oversized items cannot ship outside the continental U.S.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We have a 30 day full money back return policy. Please contact us for a prepaid return label and a full refund will be provided once we receive your package.

 

Q: Can I start a return after 30 days?

Q: Is the mounting hardware included?

A: Each item would come exactly as pictured. All of the chassis nuts and bolts are sold as a bulk hardware set. We would not separate items that are listed together.

 

Q: Do you sell complete machines?

A: No, unfortunately we only sell the parts that we have here in stock.

 

Q: Do you provide service work?

A: No, We do not offer any service work but can certainly recommend quality shops in our area
